Zelda Breath of the Wild has 120 shrines across its vastly huge map. So, with many shrines like the Ze Kasho Shrine to test your puzzle-solving abilities, it’s no wonder that people find some of these shrines difficult.
Where To Find Breath of the Wild’s Ze Kasho Shrine
The chances are, if you’re looking up how to beat the Ze Kasho Shrine, you already know where it is. If you do, move onto the next section. Otherwise, you can use the map below to see the location of the shrine, which is just south of Death Mountain.
There is a tower just to the west of the shrine, which if you have already unlocked this tower, you can use to get to the shrine quicker if you haven’t yet visited the shrine and unlocked fast travel to it yet.
How to beat Zelda Breath of the wild Ze Kasho Shrine
Thankfully the Ze Kasho Shrine is quick and easy in comparison to some of the harder shrines. Just follow the steps below and you will be through it in no time.
Ze Kasho Shrine Guide:
1. Align the spikes
When you first enter the Ze Kasho Shrine you will see a terminal. Activate it which will allow you to rotate the platform as shown in the picture below.
Tilt your console or controller to move the spikes to the sides because there are 4 spikes but only 3 squares on either side. It might take a few tries before you manage to make a clear path.
2. Hit The Crystals
Once you are in the next room, you will notice some laser beams and a crystal in front of you. Hit the crystal and parts of the floor will start to rotate, blocking the laser beams.
Sprint through, while the beams are blocked, but don’t worry too much if you don’t make it all the way across.
On my first attempt, I didn’t make it all the way. Turn around and hit the crystal with your bow, and the floors will rotate again, allowing you to sprint your way to the other side of the room.
You might notice there is a chest on the platform near the exit, you can either work out the puzzle to get the chest or simply move on to the next steps to clear the Ze Kasho shrine.
3. Complete the Ball Puzzle
When you go into the next room, you will see another terminal. As with the first one, go up to it and activate it to control the platform in front.
Tilt your controller or console to move the balls into the slots. There are 3 balls, each of them must be in an individual slot for the doors to the end to open.
4. Collect your Spirt Orb
Once you have completed the last puzzle you will hear the gates open to the end of the Ze Kasho shrine, simply run to the end and collect your prize.
