When Is The Stardew Valley Egg Festival?
The festival starts on the 13th of Spring in Stardew Valley. Spring is the season that players join the game, and features two events; the Egg Festival and Flower Dance.
In Spring, there are 8 villagers’ birthdays, including Kent, Lewis, Vincent, Haley, Pam, Shane, Pierre, and Emily.
How To Start The Event
To start the Stardew Valley Egg Festival, head to the Pelican Town Square. You can socialize with villagers, purchase decorative items, and invest in some Strawberry Seeds.
After the Egg Hunt, you’ll need to talk to Mayor Lewis to continue with the Egg Festival. This will eventually lead to the end of the day, so make sure you finish all your tasks beforehand.
Egg Hunt

You will have 50 seconds to find small colored eggs that have been hidden around Pelican Town in Stardew Valley. Depending on the number of players in the game, you’ll need a certain amount of eggs to win. If you’re playing solo, you will need 9 colored eggs, otherwise, Abigail will win the game.
- 2 players: 6 eggs to win
- 3 players: 5 eggs to win
- 4 players: 4 eggs to win
If you win the Stardew Valley Egg Festival egg hunt, you will be rewarded with a Straw Hat. If you’ve won the egg hunt previously, you will get 1,000 gold coins.
