games, you start with your late grandfather’s ranch, which is a mess, and you have little money to fix it up, so it’s time to make some money fast and fix it.

There are a couple of ways to make money, and of course, some are quicker and more efficient than others. You can opt for a quick fix of money, or invest and make regular money from the ranc,h but at a slow and steady rate.

Starting Ranch Simulator, you’ll have $1100 to play with. This means you can purchase some items fairly easily that could help you make more money in the long run.

1. Go Hunting to Make Money Fast

This might not be the easiest method when starting out the game, as wild animals like deer, bears, and wolves tend not to be overly keen on being killed. Some, like bears, will put up a fight, but if you make sure you have enough ammunition and are able to take them out safely, their meat and pelt will bring in a fair profit.

If you have money left over after completing the incredibly detailed tutorial at the start of the game, go over to the store and make sure to purchase some ammunition for your weapon, which your Grandfather left for you. The last thing you want is to run out of shells with a 600lb bear charging towards you.

Once you have the ammo, head out to start hunting, stock your truck up with as much meat and pelt as possible, and head back over to the shop to collect your cash.

2. Purchase Chickens and Sell Eggs

After the Ranch Simulator tutorial, you’ll have a small chicken coop to house some chickens. While you will start off with a couple, if you want to produce eggs and make money quickly, it would be wise to invest in some more chickens. These cost $50 from the General Store.

Looking After Chickens

So that your chickens produce eggs and don’t encounter an early death, you’ll need to make sure they are fed, watered, and cleaned. You can place chicken feed on the ground or in a food trough. Similarly, you can place water in a bucket or any water bowl.

As the game progresses and you make more money in Ranch Simulator, you’ll be able to invest in a large chicken coop that can house more chickens and is easier to access.

Egg Laying Duration

Chickens will lay fertilized eggs every day at 10:00 a.m., and unfertilized eggs at 16:00 p.m. If you pick up a fertilized egg, there’s a good chance the hen or rooster will chase after you and attack you.

You can collect eggs in the egg basket, allowing you to transport them to the General Store and sell them. The more chickens you have, the more eggs they’ll lay, and the faster you’ll be able to make money.

3. Sell Meat from Pigs

Selling meat is one of the best ways to make money in Ranch Simulator. Pigs cost $300 per pig and are extremely easy to keep. You’ll need to build a barn with a silo upgrade to store your pigs safely. Once you’ve purchased a pig, or more if you can afford it, you’ll need to wait 10 in-game days.

Feeding pigs in Ranch Sim

Once your pigs are well-fed, they’ll be ready to sell. You can transport them in a vehicle, take them to the general store, then kill them. No, it’s not a nice process, but it’s a necessary one! Once you’ve killed your pigs, skin them and sell the meat for anywhere between $600-700. You can then purchase more pigs in Ranch Simulator to keep making money and doubling your profits.

4. Sell Milk from Cows

A Dairy Cow costs $650 and is a fantastic way to make money once you have enough to purchase one. You’ll need a barn to keep your cows in. Cows are easy to keep and produce milk that you can sell.

At the start of the game, you probably won’t have enough money for a milking machine. Instead, you’ll need to obtain a milk can and a steel bucket, then place the bucket underneath the cow to milk it. Press “A” and “D” in the order Ranch Simulator tells you to put the milk into the can. Cows can be milked from 08:00 until 20:00 each day.

5. Create Recipes and Sell Produce

Aside from selling meat, eggs, and milk, you can use all of these ingredients to create delicious recipes in Ranch Simulator. Not only are these recipes fun to make, but they will also net you a very handsome profit.

From cheese to sausages, meatballs to salami, there’s so much you can cook with the produce your animals make. Later in the game, this is by far the best and quickest way to make money in Ranch Simulator.

6. Complete Quests

There are multiple quests you can complete in Ranch Simulator. Each quest offers unique rewards, which often include cash.

Completing these quests is quick and easy, and a great way for new players to make some cash quickly, without needing to invest money in the first place.

7. Sell Crops

Ranch Simulator seeds

Following the Ranch Simulator gardening and greenhouses update, players are now able to build a greenhouse and grow crops. Crops in Ranch Simulator can be grown inside the greenhouse or outside, so for players who haven’t had time to build a greenhouse yet, you don’t need to worry about building one straight away.

While crops don’t offer much money, they are easy enough to look after and grow, making them an easier option for those looking to make safe money in Ranch Simulator.

Many of the crops are also re-harvestable and will grow back once harvested, making them a one-time investment for the seeds.

8. Sell Honey

To produce and sell honey, you’ll need some bees to live in your beehives. Luckily, catching bees isn’t too tricky, and the items you need to catch bees safely in Ranch Simulator don’t cost a lot.

Once you have bees, they will produce honey, which sells for a tidy profit at the General Store.

Making Money is Easy in Ranch Simulator

Although Ranch Simulator isn’t the most difficult game out there, it’s pretty difficult to learn how to make money fast when you start out. But with some farming and egg collecting to give you that initial push, it soon becomes easier.

Most games tend to feel like a chore doing resource farming, which can quickly lead to the game losing its appeal. But there is something about Ranch Simulator that makes gathering and making money fun. It’s ironic that a game that focuses on a real-life profession doesn’t feel like work; it feels enjoyable.
